Renewable Energy in Sub-Saharan Africa

Funding is also available for projects of any stage using proven technologies when they are well organized and backed by experienced and qualified teams.

“A better functioning energy sector is vital to ensuring that the citizens of sub-Saharan Africa can fulfill their aspirations,” said IEA Executive Director Maria van der Hoeven.
