Registered Affiliates receive mandatory training in our funding program and systems to assist qualified clients on a priority basis.  Those who earn “Master” designation bring extensive experience in project finance, financial modeling, structuring deals, consulting and advisory skills, project management, constructive problem-solving and much more.  Affiliation with In3 Capital allows access to In3’s Completion Assurance (Guarantee) Program funding as well as all other funding programs and services.

Hugh Goble, owner, BioSoil Global (Africa & UK), and In3 deal flow manager

Hugh offers International Agricultural Project & Business Development Consulting and Project Development services. BioSoil Global (BSGprojects) provides complete services from concept to final business and feasibility plans, which include full financial modelling. In addition to agriculture, Hugh has worked on solar and wind farms projects since 2014, in healthcare, manufacturing, information systems, and other renewable energy and impact projects in Africa. 

With over 30 years of agricultural experience from family sized farms to large farming and agro-processing projects, BSG’s focus is on the development of new agricultural projects throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.

Hugh Goble graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 1980 and has over 40 years’ experience in finance, farming and agriculture.

Mr. Minhas has provided top level care for his clients across diverse industries such as healthcare, education, agriculture, energy, security, and telecom. Scott “Sven” Swenson, PE, STA

Scott “Sven” Swenson is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer with a diverse background in energy production and capital projects supporting such. Commencing with secret projects for the Nuclear Navy, followed by 25 years of increasing responsibility in commercial nuclear energy support from both client and vendor perspectives, Sven’s career is culminating in a commitment to entrepreneurialism and the pursuit of capitalistic solutions to climate friendly energy and the creation of a future society based upon a circular economy grounded in agriculture.

Sven is Chief of Staff for award-winning boutique technical staffing firm Delta Energy Services, LLC, Chief Executive Officer of ViKEN Sustainability, a company focused on connecting the dots for developers, Chief Operating Officer of THE BioFoundry, a company focused on forging innovation and collaboration into new alliances and technologies supporting sustainability, and a member of the Board of Directors of several sustainability startups. These startups include the visionary 501(c)(3) non-profit Biotech Applied Research and the disruptive Florida Airport Management, which are working with the FAA and USDA to establish multiple BioEconomy Air Transportation Innovation Campuses supported by and invigorating local agriculture and surrounding communities. Victoria Vestal, Managing General Partner, Variety Energy (USA)

Ms. Vestal and her company serve as developers and advisors of solar, wind, hydro and WTE renewable energy projects globally.  With In3 Capital Group and mutual partners, Variety Energy develops, builds and funds renewable energy projects globally, selling power to IPPs and Fortune 100 offtakers.  In addition to co-developing and funding such projects, Variety can introduce qualified EPC firms, and serve as marketing and distribution strategy advisor for Solar component manufacturers.  Variety works globally to open up new renewables markets as well as new vertical markets (solar in sports, medical, education).  Focus has historically been on North America, including Mexico, but also works extensively in Europe and the developing world.

West African Region

Practice Lead, Bakary Diallo, MBA is an experienced Financial Analyst with a demonstrated history of analyzing big financial data and financial planning in different industries. Skilled in SAP, ARcollect, Management, Leadership, and Microsoft Excel. He earned his Master of Business Administration, finance emphasis, from The University of Dallas and a BS in Economics from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. His In3 focus relies on specialized knowledge of West African nations.

Fojael brings expertise in Management Consulting, Project Financing, and Investment Banking, has previously led project business planning, market research and analytics, financial modeling, competitive intelligence, investment evaluations, and assessed project development and growth opportunities. 

CIF Consulting Services helps commercial project developers to access 100% project finance as well as business consulting and advisory services. CIF opens doors to affordable mid-market capital in the least amount of time — private equity, debt, or both.  CIF is a facilitator of funding solutions through active consultation with project leaders and family office financing partners. Nazar Dhahir, PE 

Mr. Dhahir has strong background in business administration and advises clients on raising capital for industrial and commercial projects in multiple sectors. Mr. Dhahir has in-depth knowledge of the financial messaging system, SWIFT, and application of financial instruments to secure project funding.

Mr. Dhahir is trained as a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and electric power utilities. Mr. Dhahir has in-depth knowledge in renewable energy and advises large and small companies throughout the US on interconnection of large and small solar and wind generation projects to the electrical grid. Mr. Dhahir perform diverse systems studies for both the public and private sectors such as capacity injection, harmonics, and system impact studies.

Greg, originally hailing from New Zealand, has spent the last 25 years in Asia working with major International retailers & importers helping them source goods from around the region and more recently in finding finance for project owners.   • Max Henrion, Ph.D., is CEO and Founder of Lumina Decision Systems. Lumina creates models to evaluate policies for energy, environment, and climate change using its Analytica software.   • Arleen Mitchell, financial consultant (Germany), background includes venture capital, M&A, private equities, licensing, business development and strategic advisory roles. Experience in agribusiness, textiles, technology, entertainment, retail, medical devices, and financial services. Has conducted or co-led successful capital raises (from early stage angel rounds to later stage PE), acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, licensing and business development initiatives.   • Bruce Paton, Ph.D., professor at Menlo College, former Dean of Business and Academic Affairs, was also Dean of Mills College, and former Assistant Professor at San Francisco State University’s business school.  He teaches social innovation, sustainable business, corporate social responsibility and business ethics. Bruce’s specialties include business responses to poverty and social inequalities at the “base of the pyramid”.   • John Sullivan, based in London, brings experience in funds management and investment, investment banking (M&A, restructurings and IPO’s) and since 2016 as CIO of WElink Group (Renewable Energy & Energy Efficient Modular Housing). In this role, he has been instrumental in delivering long term strategic funding and the development of strategic partnerships for the Group including a ~1.5GW (€1.2 billion) strategic partnership with Allianz, a leading global insurance firm to develop, acquire, and operate utility scale ground mounted solar PV plants in Iberia, the rest of Europe and then on global basis.
